Josh is a sixth-generation Texan with deep roots in Central Texas and a lifelong connection to the land. With a background in wildlife management and a strong appreciation for the outdoors, Josh brings added insight and value to buyers and sellers of recreational, hunting, and investment properties.
Raised in Stephenville, Josh grew up immersed in the farm and ranch industry, where he developed a strong work ethic and a practical understanding of land stewardship. His hands-on experience and knowledge of wildlife management allow him to offer clients informed guidance on maximizing the potential and value of rural properties.
Before transitioning into real estate, Josh spent a decade in the business technology sector, specializing in organizational growth, sales, and leadership.
